2. Usage and Payments

• Understand that no refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless required by law.

Each plan has specific usage limits for credits and renders. If you exceed your plan's limits, you may need to upgrade/buy additional credits or wait until your limits reset.

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to AIArtist. However:

• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
• We may remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

4. AI-Generated Content

Regarding the videos generated by our Service:

• You own the output videos generated by our service based on your inputs.
• You are responsible for how you use the generated content.
• We make no guarantees about the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of generated content.
• We reserve the right to use anonymized prompts to improve our service.

5. Intellectual Property

Our platform, including its design, logos, and underlying technology, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without our express permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our Service to:
